Dear Mr Pratt 

I have been asked to write to you on behalf of all the tenants at this court, who wish to express their appreciation and admiration of the two workmen, namely Simon Wake and Ben Bowrey who have spent the last two weeks at this court replacing all the front doors.

Simon and Ben worked diligently all around the court and were very thoughtful and kind with tenants who had worries over the new doors. They took time to show tenants how the new doors were to be locked. They were also scrupulous in making sure that all the debris was removed from each flat - both inside the property and out, leaving a clean and tidy environment. They have even taken time to double check their installation work before leaving the court for the last time - an unusual quality in today's workforce.

The tenants have remarked how it makes a lovely refreshing change to have contractors that did not find it necessary to stop and have a tea break every five minutes - and in fact these two only stopped for a short lunch break each day. They were also extremely polite to all tenants and visitors to the court.

We would very much appreciate it if you could pass on our grateful thanks to these two very conscientious gentlemen who we would happily recommend to anyone for the standard of work they produce. They are a credit to your company.

Please find enclosed a cheque for the full amount for replacement conservatory roof at our property.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. A special thank you to your work force for a job well done and their assistance in removing items of furniture and then replacing them. The cleaning up was excellent. All were very pleasant and helpful. (no charge for the cups of tea!). Please pass thanks on to them.

Just thought we would put a note of gratitude in, with special thanks to your team of fitters who's workmanship is second to none. They were both courteous and tidy. We are very pleased with the windows and doors and do appreciate the time and effort you and your staff went through to get the mullion windows made.

Dear Sirs

              I write to express my appreciation of the window changing carried out at my flat this morning by 2 of your representatives.

They arrived well on time and were considerate, helpful and efficient – and certainly lived up to Regent Managements glowing forecast of your firm’s work and workers.

It was a pleasure to have them here and what I foresaw as an intrusive and tiresome experience was a comfortable and genuine pleasure and experience.

I feel the least I can do in return for their considerate efforts and hard work is to commend them to their employers for their A1 service and their thoroughly pleasant visit to my home.

They were very neat and tidy, to such and extent that I have not had the slightest bit of decorating to do, for which I am very grateful!

Their behaviour was very proffessional.They worked diligently and with respect for our premises and our service. They worked to my planned schedule, starting and finishing the work on time. They were well mannered young men and I was very pleased to have them here for 2 weeks.
