Many property owners require a traditional timber window frame but timber frames are expensive, need regular maintenance and can be difficult to replace. Traditional PVCu windows overlap the frame and in many cases are too obviously PVCu.

Liniar recognized the need to develop a casement window frame that would fit into any property, where the sash fitted flush into the frame and which could be foiled to look like traditional timber.

The flush sash window is the only window of its kind in the UK, and like the rest of the Liniar Energy Plus window range is A rated, fully secure and available in a huge choice of colours

The specification...

The new style of window is modeled on a traditional pre-1935 timber window style, with a z-section and two seals. The window sash fits flush to the frame, giving it great aesthetics, unlike a standard PVCu window.
Made with Liniars multi-chambered PVCu profile, the flush sash offers a much higher thermal performance than timber, achieving a U-value of 1.3 as well as being virtually maintenance-free, making it ideal for the modern family.
